At MUJEER, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the IT services and digital solutions we deliver. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds apply only to services that have not been fully delivered or where project milestones have not yet been completed. No refunds will be provided once a service has been fully delivered, deployed, or utilized. Customized software, mobile apps, or digital solutions that require significant development efforts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact us in writing at wecare@mujeer.com within 7 days of purchase or project initiation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed services (web development, mobile app development, system integration, etc.). Third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client. Marketing and digital campaigns once launched.
