At MUJEER, we value your trust and aim to deliver high-quality IT services tailored to your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a service.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at wecare@mujeer.com Cancellation requests for projects already in progress may result in partial charges for work completed up to the date of cancellation. If third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions have been purchased on behalf of the client, their costs will be non-refundable. Services already delivered or activated cannot be canceled.

Notice Period

Clients must notify MUJEER at least 7 days in advance for ongoing services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, marketing campaigns). Project-based cancellations will be evaluated based on the stage of delivery and effort invested.
